BILLING INSTRUCTIONS – According to our standard billing procedures payment of the first 10 nights or $500 is required to confirm a reservation. The 30-night stay period balance and payment is due 7 days prior to the beginning of the period or upon arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A CDN$500.00 initial deposit payment is required to confirm any reservations or bookings. This amount is kept as security deposit towards the accommodation and for the purposes of confirming your stay. The security deposit is refundable to you upon your departure. Any additional requests made during your stay will be immediately accommodated and any charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES - All credit card transactions towards rental payments or security deposits are subject to a 3% surcharge, unless or if advised.
LATE PAYMENT CHARGES: It is the responsibility of the tenant to make rental payments or any other requested payments by the due date. If payment is delayed for any reason a CAN$75.00 late payment charge will automatically be deducted from the security deposit without notice. Please make any requirements or adjustments that you may require to make your payments prior to the due date. There are no exceptions of any kind with this policy being violated in any manner at anytime.
